Entry into the course

There are no education entry requirements for this qualification. Student’s must be above the age of 17 to enrol and 18 years of age to complete work placement and complete this qualification. Students under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardians’ permission to enrol.

Course Overview

This course will give you the skills and knowledge to provide individualised support using a person-centred approach to people who may be experiencing a disability or the ageing process. Work Placement

The CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) requires 120 hours of supervised workplace placement. Your trainer will know when you are ready and help you find the workplace that meets the requirements.
